Privacy policy
This page explains what data the fundraising site for Sasha Chigrinets collects and how it is used. The site is operated by the Latet Besimha non-profit.
What the site collects
The site has no registration, does not ask for personal details and does not store them on its pages.
A name entered in the "Tell the people you know" block is used only inside your browser to build a personal link and is not sent anywhere.
The hosting provider, like any web server, may keep technical access logs (IP address, request time, browser type). These are used to operate and secure the site.
Donation data
Donations are processed by an external payment provider and/or the bank. Card details are entered on the provider's side; they are not passed to this site and are not stored here.
Your name, email address and donation amount become known to the non-profit — they are needed for bookkeeping, for issuing a receipt and for reporting to the Israeli Registrar of Non-Profits and tax authorities.
Third-party services
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When a font loads, your browser contacts Google servers, which learn your IP address.
Share buttons load no third-party scripts: they simply open WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook when you press them.
The site uses no web analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own and does not use them to track visitors.
Your rights
You may ask what data about you the non-profit holds, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — as far as this does not conflict with the non-profit's duty to retain accounting records.
Enquiries are accepted by phone and email as listed under "Bank details" on the home page.
The child's data
Photographs, medical information and documents concerning Sasha Chigrinets are published with the permission of her legal guardians — her parents. In the published copies of documents the passport number, medical record number, signatures and the hospital's own bank details are hidden.
The parents may request the removal of any material from the page at any time.
